LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Veteran hip-hop producer Mally Mall adds another chart-topping hit to his resume with the release of “Powerglide” performed by Rae Sremmurd featuring Juicy J. The single debuted at No. 76 on Billboard’s Hot 100, and No. 37 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and No. 20 on R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales.

Following its initial debut, the song has continued to gain momentum having been featured in an ESPN primetime promo and with the release of the music video, earning over three million views in just three days. A review by Pitchfork praises the song for elevating trap music.

“I feel blessed to have produced the track and put it all together,” said Mally Mall, who recently celebrated the success of “Powerglide” at Church on Sundays, the music industry’s hottest night in Hollywood. “I’ve had a lot of success, and I’m proud to count this as one among many. I have a talented team and we’re continuing to go up from here.”

The success of “Powerglide” is part of a long list of accolades earned by Mally Mall, including Top 10 hit such as “Transform Ya” with Chris Brown, Swiss Beats and Lil Wayne, “Caught Up” with Usher and “Peaches and Cream” with 112. His consistent work with industry newcomers and icons like Snoop Dogg and Justin Bieber has secured his place in the industry as one of the most talented and versatile producers in the game.

In recent years, successful singles like “Powerglide,” shout outs in hits from big names like Wiz Khalifa and Drake, and appearances in the pop culture phenomenon “Love and Hip Hop Hollywood,” are some of the things that have kept Mally Mall top of mind with today’s hip-hop fans. However, his legacy, influence and impact on the music industry stretches back nearly two decades, and goes beyond the mixing board.

In 2008, Mally Mall executive produced “2 Turntables and a Microphone, The Life and Death of Jam Master J” in collaboration with rapper and actor 50 Cent. He’s also credited with retrieving 2Pac vocals and returning them to famed rapper’s family after his death.

Currently, Mally Mall is the studio working on new music as a producer, but also as an artist. Other projects include a soon-to- launch collection with the clothing brand Eyeconic.

"Blac Chyna's upcoming debut album is following a recipe for success -- feature a bunch of big-name rappers ... and team up with the guy who made her baby daddy a star.

Sources close to Chyna tell TMZ ... she's working with Mally Mall, the producer who discovered Tyga and helped launch his rap career, and she's recruiting hip-hop stars to get on the mic with her. We're told some of the names include Yo Gotti, Tory Lanez, Jeremih and Rae Sremmurd's Swae Lee -- who was chilling in studio with BC and Mally in this clip.

We're told she's aiming high with her debut. Remember Nicki Minaj was Chyna's inspiration to record, after they co-starred in a Yo Gotti music video.

We're told she's been laying down tracks featuring rap, "poetry music" and traditional singing."

About Kind-Hearted Compassion in Action

A non-profit foundation dedicated to supporting exceptional musicians, artists and activists, who come from adverse circumstances, to be able to share their genius to creative positive social change and uplift the consciousness of humanity. When Orange County attorney Pamela Tahim’s brother Jesse asked for her help on his new project, she happily agreed. His dream was to create a movement to make popular mainstream Hip-Hop music more socially conscious. He saw the state of our world and knew the power of music and the arts could clearly make a difference. Sadly, Jesse passed away a few days later at just 24 years old, from a pulmonary embolism. In honor of her brother, Pamela, along with psychologist Dr. Sonia Singh, founded Kind-Hearted Compassion in Action Foundation, dedicated to creating awareness and activism of critical social issues such as poverty, homelessness, genocides and human rights abuses.

Tonight Las Vegas artist Mally Mall decided to give Young California Radio the green light to premiere his newest single “Freak”, featuring R&B singer Eric Bellinger, Chinx, and Too $hort.

As the title depicts, “Freak” is a strong West-Coasting sounding club banger that’s driven by its sexually explicit lyrics and catchy chorus. Serving as the follow up to his “2 Piece” single with Migos & Rayven Justice, “Freak” is another strong addition to Mally’s steady growing catalogue of club hits.
